Mission Kit digital preorder.
These terms govern the preorder of Mission Kit 2026/2027 — Digital Editionthrough Unmuted Sky. The seller is UNMUTED SKY S.L., operating under the Unmuted Sky trade name. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they can enter into a binding contract and accepts these terms.
Product and licence
The product is a downloadable PDF educational publication following one complete IFR mission in a Cessna 172 from KDSM to KSGF. One purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. The file may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing services, reproduced commercially or used to create a competing product.
Price, market and taxes
The preorder price is $29.99 USD and is intended for customers in the United States. Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed by Shopify before final payment. The buyer is shown the total price before placing the order. There are no shipping charges because the product is digital.
Checkout and order confirmation
Payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the payment methods made available there. An order becomes binding when payment is authorised and the buyer receives an order confirmation. Unmuted Sky may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, unlawful use or an unavailable payment method.
Preorder delivery
The planned release and digital-delivery date is September 18th, 2026. Delivery instructions and a secure download or access link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. The buyer is responsible for providing a working address and checking spam or filtering folders. A device with internet access and software capable of reading standard PDF files is required.
If a material delay becomes necessary, buyers will be informed by email and may cancel for a full refund before the revised delivery date. The countdown and promotional copy do not override the delivery and refund rights set out here.
Preorder benefits
Benefits advertised at the time of purchase may include private community access, member discounts, physical-edition discounts, merch access, priority announcements and community giveaways. Access remains subject to the applicable community rules, platform availability and lawful eligibility requirements. A refund ends access to benefits tied to that purchase.
Conformity and updates
The digital content will match its description and remain accessible for the period communicated at delivery. If it is defective or cannot be accessed, contact support so that access can be restored, a conforming copy supplied or another remedy provided as required by applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in the buyer’s country or state of residence. Consumer disputes may be brought before any court or authority competent under mandatory law; disputes involving business customers are submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless another forum is legally required.
